Service , service , service . We will start with the fact I walked in and was not greeted by any staff. There appears to be 1 agent working . And he has to do the drive through as well as inside service , of course causing a delay in service. I work in the customer service industry , so when I receive bad service . I would give this bank zero stars. The level of unprofessional and lying at this bank is astounding. I have tried numerous times to open an account. I have been lied to about what to bring multiple times. The person was so incredibly rude and disrespectful and interrupted me numerous times. I would never recommend this bank for how they treat current and future customers.
