I did Banking with TD for more than 14 years.But this Particular Branch In Newington CT makes me to Quit with TD.Absolutely unprofessional, Racist and very disrespectful.There’re tons of Other options available so highly disappointed.
I made an appointment to renew a CD for 9:30. I had to wait 35 minutes to sit with someone. Why do they bother to make appointments if they can't keep them
Been a TD Bank Client for many years, awesome service in New Britain Branches and Berlin. This Newington Branch on Main St, has horrendous customer service and make you feel unwelcomed and borderline would make you feel like canceling all banking needs with TD Bank. All in all, take the extra drive to New Britain branches.
I've been a TD Bank customer for almost 20 years with positive experiences at multiple other branches. A few weeks ago I went into the Newington branch on a Saturday afternoon for a wire transfer and was told by a manager that I came in too close to closing time. I made an appointment for a few days later expecting this to be a lengthy process, but they were able to complete the transfer in about ten minutes.
