Very unhelpful polite people. Recommend you go eslewhere for your financing needs. If your car purchase finance manager comes to you with this lender, leave the dealership. Why do they even have a customer service department. Bring me AI. Ive seen automation more helpful then the two agents I spoke with today.
Sent title to wrong address now it my problem won't even correct thier mistake
I paid off my loan two months ago and I still don’t have my title. The excuse changes every time I call.
I would give them zero stars if possible. Currently going through the same experience that many of the other reviewers have. Each time I call customer service I receive different information and none of it is correct. The agents repeatedly say, I’m sorry this happened to you, and then don’t offer any suggestions of how to remedy the problem. Spoke with the agent Francisco pertaining to my account he was absolutely horrible.Customer service with this company has to be the worst I’m disgusted at such poor service very rude. I myself work as a car salesman and I deal with the public everyday.But the treatment I receive from this agent I will never do business with them again infact I will be contacting corporate due to such bad attitude, and very unhelpful this was a unpleasant experience…‼️‼️‼️
