Never had an issue with them when it came to payments etc. But whoever I talked to today with customer service was rude as hell and I'm happy that I wont be dealing with them much longer.
I made an extra payment by accident and they said it would take 21 business days to get a refund. They even said , don’t worry that would be your payment for the next month if you decline to get a refund wth!! . I told them that it was a mistake and I needed a refund asap. They said no. Customer Service is Not helpful at all. It took them one day to withdraw it from my account and it takes them 22 days to give it back .
I have waited over A MONTH for my lean release and I still haven't received it
Horrible lenders and customer service! 10/10 would not recommend!
The worse customer service I have ever experienced. They have made it near impossible for me to get new plates and a new registration after moving from Florida to months. Dozen phone calls, half a dozen representatives all giving me the run around to achieve basic documentation. (I’ve completed this process with multiple other insurance agencies and finances)
