Just don’t. I know you want the car but save yourself. Horrible customer service. They will never help you if you need it. Even when you pay off they take forever to send you your lien release. You will never have a good experience with them. Please go somewhere else. This is not it!
Probably the worst auto lender on the planet. If your car dealership gets you a loan with TD, then they really hate you! TD has the worst customer service. They have horrible interest rates and they are not very helpful. After 2 years I had to leave them and I will never come back. Even after I paid off my car loan I had issues with them refunding me the right amount as I overpaid the pay off. I’m sorry I stayed with them so long. Don’t make my mistake.
Avoid at all costs. We have been trying to get our title back from them for 5 months now after paying the loan in full. They keep giving us the runaround. Every time I call they seem to not know what's going on. They have NOT ONCE called us back after saying they would... we have to call for an update. Borderline criminal incompetence.
Never want to deal with this bank again. Website never works, least helpful customer service department I’ve dealt with.
Got a bill in the mall today - not a legal notice, mind you - a bill - not a threat to repossess, but a BILL requesting payment. They impounded my work truck about ten minutes ago. No notice, no indication of default. I’m a commission-based employee, and waiting for some things to close, and they know this.
