Don, the Harris Blvd Manager is a very knowledgeable professional who goes out of his way to assist the investor. Recently I visited the office with my 9 year old grandson.we both have Scottrade accounts and stopped by to add more money for investing. Don was very patient with Jack, reviewing his account and showing him ways to use the tools in the Scottrade programs. Finally, after 30 minutes, Jack said, lets go pick up grandma and go to lunch! I have always had very good experience with this branch office. I have called them multiple times and they have always been very patient and took time to explain. Very rare to find this kind of help with other brokers :)

At the time of this review there is only one other review. There must have been something the customer had said for them to play role in their description. I on the other hand have all but good things to say of them. Out of the three brokers that are there consistently, they are very hard working when on the phone or attending a walk-in client. If you have something bad to say, please judge yourself before you blame someone else for your ignorance; besides, only one is perfect. Connor
