I was planning on opening an account tomorrow, but after reading the reviews, forget about it, I'm not fond of answering machines, did it occur to you that maybe you hire a few good employees
A Year later Still NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! TD Ameritrade has lousy customer service- made 7 phone calls this morning can't get a LIVE PERSON on phone to ask a simple question to? I work and don't have time to sit on hold listening to music and excuses about longer than usual wait times -Here's a thought, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Scottrade sold me out to TD not happy looking to move account.
The worst client service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. No one answers phone.
