The Asian man that works in the TD department is a horrible representation of this company. I was met with a condescending attitude and slight racism making the encounter uncomfortable. He refused to help me figure out my situation and wanted to argue instead of helping me find a solution as if he didn’t want me to be a client.
The customer service is a 0 star. I went in for a simple identification check and was met with an employee with a bad attitude that tried to deny me any assistance and spoke to me as if I were unintelligent. Doesn’t listen just ready to argue his point.
Not trustworthy, the reps there can lose your check and give you a run for your money. Totally reckless.
wow i called 6:35 pm and try to transfer funds internally. after i gave all my info rep announced that his system slow, put me on hold and after he told me some b.s that his system slow then it will take 3 business days to process . i did it multiple time and it took 1 sec to see funds when transferring internally. since scottrade merge with those jokers its become nightmare
