There automated phone service does not work. Just hangs up.
Things have been much better for me than the low reviews listed here. I noticed that they were very old reviews so I thought I'd chime in to say that I've been very satisfied with their service.
I actually had quite the opposit experience as the previous reviewers. I needed some help closing out an account and Katelyn tended to my every need. Overall very positive experience and got all the information I needed in 15 minutes.
Site is totally wacked. First day of trading of 2020 and their site won't work. I can't place an order and there is no information on their site about their website being broken. Etrade is working fine and always does. Horrible site get your stuff fixed tdameritrade. You are only open a few hours a day for trading. This should not ever EVER be an issue where a client is unable to trade on your website. Seriously considering moving my money to Etrade.
