The staff in this location (15830 Southwest FWY 400, Sugar Land, Houston) lacks professionship. We visited the office to open a new account on January. How can you make an appointment if no one answers the phone locally and you haven't an assigned rep for your account. Was put on hold for 20 minutes then the music stopped with no one answering.

I never met a company like this, the service is so bad I never use again, they can’t do anything only types and always ask me the more questions even I have already sent the documents to them! If I can choose 0 star I will choose 0
