I had an account my father set up for me before he passed away 11 years ago and my mom kept mail about it and I don’t know anything about td ameritrade and that stuff so I just wanted to close the account and take the money out. The head offices made this difficult and there were some hoops to jump through but at this branch I saw this man trey who worked there on Mondays and he was able to help the process go smoother and I was able to cash my check yesterday and get the money. They never even called me for my phone appointment. Very disappointed.
