Allowed someone to open an account in my name without ID or verification. Made it to easy for someone to steal identity. Then made it impossible to correct their error and poor judgement.
The only TD Ameritrade that is in Rochester is closed and I need a cashiers check. It says it is open online but it is not. Almost every bank is open except this one.
Asked them to cut me a check. They said no problem they would send it out friday,well it's Thursday the next week no check!I closed my account and will never do business with them again.
Everything is automated now. They simply do not want to deal directly with the customer.
