Really hard to get a hold of you guys, even for easy questions on material you have sent. Long, long wait times on hold.
Wish I could give it negative stars, one star is generous. My siblings and I are working on a TOD distribution. We have the same with Schwab. In four states they are incompetent, San Diego office, main office in Missouri, Seattle and Salt Lake. They have lost documents, refused to give me a receipt that they had received documents because it is a non-standard communication that requires corporate approval. Poor service. Call and get answering service, call customer support, nothing happens. Poor communications between call centers , service rep, and question. Slower than than any brokerage account ever. They are holding up for some reason (?) the transfer to another brokerage account. They have grown fast and their services, executions con't keep up/
