So far the experience has been wonderful
I do not understand what has happened to this company.
The national office told me that I did not need an appointment in the Memphis office and said that they told Michelle to expect me. When I walked in she told me in a whisper that everyone was watching a video seminar and that no one could speak to me about opening an account. She said that she could only give me a paper application, which she did. She also stated that whomever I spoke to should have known that a seminar was being presented.
