While other branches in the Atlanta area modified their google listing to reflect their office hours during covid-19, this branch did not, resulting in many customers arriving at this location only to find the store closed.
I applied for a new account, but did not make a deposit because they do not accept cash. I did not have my checks with me. The lady who took my paperwork said that this was OK and I can deposit a check later. It has been a month now -no emails or letters about the account. How long does it take to have an account after submitting paperwork? /
Terrible customer service. TDAmeritrade is the worst. Avoid them
