I relocated to Colombia SA temporarily but possibly permanently? I notified Scottrade and they immediately blocked my account. I was only allowed to sell my shares. They had me wait 3 business days to get my money. When I went to get the money the account was still blocked. I contacted the main office and was given information on how to get my money which turned out to be false according to the branch manager. The branch manager had no idea how I could get my money.
