Cumbersome, lack of customer service, challenging to get in touch by phone unless lots of time allocated, actions agreed on not executed, branch did not sell stock to close account though requested and signed at the branch, lots of wasted time and endless follow up. Refund of sold stock took forever and several follow up calls had to be made. Promises that were not put to action. Take a 10 foot pole and walk away.
Very unprofessional and not very understanding if for any reason you need to withdraw your investment. I had an emergency and they sent me to the fraud department where I was treated like a criminal. It was weeks before I was able to get my own money back. I would not recommend anyone invest with them. I am not referring to the local office but the national office.
Ridgeland Store is extremely helpful, very professional.
Great customer service!! Wish more companies had the same service that I have had with Scottrade.
