The receptionist is quite cold.
There is Charles Schwab and they don’t help with any issues TD bank cards. I have an issue with my debit card (blocked) and they send me to call straight to TD bank. But I have to wait online 20 minutes to get a response from any operator.
Nice staff, not busy and helpful. Now says Charles Schwab outside.
Google didn’t indicates this but when I got to the location the place looks like it’s permanently closed. I didn’t see the signage for the company at all where it should be located. It has a paper that said you must have an appointment to enter but that looks pretty old. When I tried to call no one picked up and it was rerouted to the US Td Ameritrade call center. The person I spoke with on the phone even told me the location hours.
They can not help much, only took money deposit. They said go to call phone help, we can not help you to set up!
