Sometimes you just need a person! The app only goes so far. People have always been helpful ... however they have had a new staff each time I was there.
March 2, 2020 and I have tried reaching my local branch for the last 4 business days. Nobody answers and you get the National phone reply. I've spent hours on hold before I've hung up. I tried chat and that doesn't work. They changed my log in information and I can't reach anyone to get it straightened out. Service totally sucks while I'm losing thousands due to their negligence.
