Helpful and prompt!
This office missing the experience and knowledgeable client service. I had to visit this office twice and my RMD for my IRA still never be solved.
Never again spent two hours in person at the Park avenue office trying to get an account open with my Scottrade acct that they took over ,gave me the run around,so opened it instead wit Fidelity who holds my IRA accts,they fail in customer service and policy implementation.
