I just got off the phone with a “Zac” from this branch. So dismissive, arrogant-sounding. You might have lost a HNW individual, but I guess you don’t care. It costs you nothing to be polite. Sure, ask questions or give basic info; but don’t assume the person has a small issue, or might be a worthless bother! Just be nice; it costs you nothing. And in yr industry, it can make you a millionaire.

Not accountable or dependable.. When they want your business, the agent (Mr. Dan Quinn) keeps calling but when you request a follow-up they are irresponsive.. have been waiting for more than month now . Would not recommend this branch for any service. Avoid agents and call the company main line.
Great company being consolidated with Charles Schwab in the next 6-24 months and branches are starting to close hope to see great things
