Tried to walk-in at the PGA location, this is a satellite location. NOT STAFFED ON A REGULAR BASIS. There's no way to get a phone number to make an appointment! Tried the Client Service line, they were unable to make contact with the WPB office; no published extension available at the St Louis Customer Service Call Center. As we wind down to Schwab taking full control, I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Oh How I Wish Scottrade was still in business! Have tried calling customer service! Have waited up to 2 hours with no answer. Offices are closed. Very poor customer service. Disgusted! No way of getting any help!
