Impossible to contact branch directly. I called twice and was redirected to TD Ameritrade's main 800 number each time. I assume this is a small branch and they don't answer their phone. I waited on hold on main number almost 1/2 hour. TD Ameritrade's main number was able to contact branch and eventually schedule an appointment. My total time to schedule an appointment was about 35 minutes. If I didn't already have an account with TD Ameritrade, I would not do business with them in future.

I hav3e been trying to call this place to 2 weeks, doesn't matter what day or time its HOLD FOREVER and listen to clas2sical music blasting. Scott Trade USED to answer phones. So sick of these companies with zero service...they just don't care like they used to.

I’ve always had a great experience at this office. The staff is always more than willing to help you with anything they can, especially Emily. She is great and has excellent customer service skills. We have had accounts here for years and will continue to use Scottrade and recommend it to anyone who likes to typically make their own online trades while still having the availability of customer assistance when needed.
