Have a large IRA for years at a bank earning minimal interest. Trying to transfer funds to a new TD Ameritrade account to start trading and take advantage of current down market. Block after block, form after form, week after week, reps with no clue what to do.....absolutely insane. No one to complain to, no one cares.
Paul was great
Unlike the others, I had a good experience. In and out in 5 minutes. I asked them about the bad reviews and the manager explained that one of the employees was out for a while because of an accident and they were short staffed for several months. Give them another try.
I have been here two times in the last month and there is one employee, the manager. The first time I stood there for 10 minutes without a welcome or a I will be right with you. Today I went in and had the same experience. This is not a good work ethic. I had questions on my IRA and he directed me to the website. Why is that office opened?
