Should be able to talk to a real person just 6 miles from me..but CANT...I dont want to talk to national call center !! Very frustrating.
Phone system is atrocious. So difficult (Hell, impossible) to speak with someone on a local level and often double digit wait times on a national level - can't imagine needing help in a 'crisis type' market situation.
