I would not trust the staff members in this office with Monopoly money - let alone real money. They treated me in a condescending fashion, called me a liar, and the receptionist thinks she's a financial expert on everything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Katie, the Denton Branch Manager, is outstanding as a manager. She is cheerful, considerate, and helpful. She and her associate, Glen, have consistently been very willing to offer assistance in a comprehensive and concise manner. You cannot find better customer service. I would recommend this branch to anyone considering making investments. The highest professional standard!
