I always have a good experience when I stop by the branch. I noticed the 1 star rating when I was searching for the phone number today so I decided to leave a review after I went in. As always they figured out a solution to my issues and were polite about it. This time I needed to recharacterize two traditional IRA contributions to Roth IRA contributions involving four accounts in total.
TD must be going out of business. No answer to any of the 3 numbers published. I'm pulling out.
