The people have changed and cannot get through to the office as e-mails have changed and they DO NOT ANSWER phone. Call goes to National Center that leaves message for them. Will move account to Fidelity. Scottrade to TDA to Schwab is frustrating.

As a member of scottrade and someone who's relatively new to investing, I walked in not quite knowing what the local branch office was for and had been curious about the place. It was clean and modern looking inside and the staff was very professional and helpful. The person who helped me answered all my questions about the place and then set up my banking account right then since I had trouble doing it online. I plan to go back for one of the seminars they do to see if I can pick up a few tips.
