Customer service and accounts opening team is horrible when I tried getting an account established with them.
Cris wrote a review about not being able to reach local office, and they respond w/ 1-800 #
Still not able to reach anyone in the Little Rock office. If I stay on hold for an extended period of time the call will rotate over to an office out of state. (They did answer my one question.) So in my opinion the customer service for Arkansas is gone. I didn't have this problem with Scottrade.
