I preferred the old scottrade platform , it’s taken a year to get used to TD. I also miss the old staff, but the new guys are fine and TD is fine, just a little different and took time to adjust to the changes.
Came in one day asked the manager to help me with a situation. She did not want to help. She asked me to leave and she canceled all my accounts. I was with Scottrade for 15 years. I wish they never sold the company.
This company as well as the company the brought just rips people off. I went in to the office over 2 years ago and asked them to stop sending me hard copies of a statement and charging me. When TD took over, I called in and complained they were just charging my account for nothing and requested they stop sending the statements. Now the account is at 0, perhaps they will stop sending statements...
