I would never recommend using this company for investments. If your financial advisor suggests this company walk away. I have made mistakes and went to prison for my crime. I did my time and have been out for 4 years. I invested $6,000 and after 6 months of being harrased about my past, and them thinking I might possibly be using illegally gained money, I took my money back. They informed me that they do not wish to work with me. I make close to 6 figures a year at my job. And all provable income. These people are prejudice ... read more

Closed my account before it was funded. Not sure why they think that it is funny to call and put me on speaker then rush to pick it up when I answer. I answered the call with my name but you kept asking for me? I did not ask to be contacted by phone, you had my email address if you needed to reach me or the secure system. Closed my account with corporate and will invest elsewhere. And now in the reply you want me to call you. Thanks for reinforcing my decision to close my account, how clueless of you.

Jared is great. The first time I spoke with Jared, I needed to close out a Scottrade account. Instead of having me fill out paperwork, he took care of everything in 60 seconds. Since I was closing the account, I was fearful the customer service would not be good, instead the customer service was awesome. Thank you Jared!
