This has been the worst experience ever. This place has shut down with no warring , They have NOT processing deposits for over two months. Can't call office. The 800 number is over whelmed and over a hour wait, than they hang up on you. Emailed said they were looking into our missing deposits. Two months late still nothing. This is unacceptable.
Like the service but impossible to get ahold of anybody locally or in general. All calls transfer to main call center and you just go on hold indefinitly. Can't get questions answered because you can't actually talk to anyone.
Since my previous post I have had better luck in getting funds transferred, so upping rating to two stars. I do miss the old Scottrade.
Confusing interface makes it hard to navigate transactions, slow to transfer funds or complete sales. Moving money to another trading site.
Tried to find out about opening an account locally called a local number goes to the main call center long options choice then holding...holding...holding won't be opening an account with this company now. on to etrade I guess.
