I was placed on hold for more than half an hour and never was answered back. Unprofessional if trying to get new business.
It’s still the Scottrade sign out front. 7 or 8 desks with 4 on the left and 4 on the right. Little conference room in the left. Looked like it was an abandoned office. Two guys working. Maybe it was abandoned. The guy, Jim, in the back desk had no clue how to help us. For people looking to invest $100,000, you need to at least show some professionalism and knowledge.
