Great customer service. Top of the line company with some of the best customer service all the way around from the local branches to calling on the phone. Very little computer operators when you call in, I have never had to wait more then 2 minutes. I have visited several branches and always experienced great customer service. Other companies like at&t who has horrible customer service for how big they are should really take notes. Thank You Td Ameritrade for putting your clients first

I have spoken and visited with the staff at this branch a few times over the last few years. They have always tried to be helpful and available. They sometimes call about new investment offerings, but they don't harangue me in any way which I very much appreciate.

My experience with the Santa Barbara office was so poor I pulled my account and took it to Schwab. I couldn't be happier. They will war dial every number you've ever given them. I would get a call at home, my office line and my cell all within one minute. This happened multiple time so it's business practice not just one exuberant employee. I complained to the manager, Scott, who felt it was justified and argued as much. Consequently I chose to move my account to a firm that values and respects me, my time and my wishes.
