I came in to this office today to add a 401k plan to 3 existing accounts. No secretary available at the front counter. Some employee in sweats was at a desk all slouched over her chair. Is this what we should expect to manage our hard earned money??? NO THANK YOU!

Customer service was subpar, sarcastic and insulting avoid Pat Russell. I came into to close my account due to the fact I never used it and have since moved out of state. As expected, she tried to talk me out of it. I wrote the wrong date on the form and her response, was sarcastic and unprofessional. She stated, "And we trust you with our lives" insulting my years of military service.
