Spent in excess of 3 Hours on their customer support line, still waiting for an agent. Got a faster response from the online chat, just referred me back to the same phone number. Never had this issue with the TD Ameritade or Scottrade. Schwab likes my money but Time to find a new brokerage firm.
Kind of crazy all the Canadian banks in the US. CIBC(Canadian imperial bank of commerce) BMO( Bank of Montreal) RBC(Royal Bank of Canada) TD(Toronto Dominion) Initials are made to sound less Canadian
