What a joke they say they’re open till seven but they close at six and they’ve got that advertise so people driving from across town to get there by seven. Find out. They’re only open till six cause they’re too cheap to change their website.
Terrible customer service!! Came into branch for a bank draft. The attendant asked me repeatedly what the draft was for, I said a deposit, he kept asking what kind of deposit. This is not information he requires to know and inappropriate to continue to ask. This branch consistently has long waits due to either no staff or poorly trained staff that move at a snails pace. There is no designated line, only a lobby to sit in that causes confusion and conflict with who is next. This branch is a joke.
Zaim Kanji was the clearer and most kind Introduction for me and my couple into the Canadian banking system. We encourage you to ask for him. Super happy.
