This negative review is because of Bikiana Cornial, the assistant store manager, at 111 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale NJ, as well as TD Bank overall experience. TD Bank has been the worst bank I've ever experienced in every way imaginable. Their low review ratings should be enough to tell you not to even consider them as an option for your banking needs. The bathrooms are very clean and the customer services is good
Nice in clean building
Avoid starting any sort of account with TD. If at all possible. They refuse to let me change my name due to marriage by any other method then going into a branch which I'm unable to do. I've had no issue changing my name via secure messaging systems on other banking accounts so I don't know why TD refuses to let this happen.
