First, no longer open on Saturdays. Tonight I go to drop my car payment in the night box and it is boarded up. What the heck?? This is how I have made my payment for the last two years. Then I drive around again trying to figure out if it is even open, I guess only drive through. Looks like I will have to get a bank card for the machine. Disappointing.
So- let me preface this by saying I have not yet rectified this, but have attempted to. I have cashed my paychecks/deposited them here several times with no issue. Yesterday night, I did what I normally do with this branches wonky hours, and stuck it in their night drop. Today I expected to have access to my funds. Nope. Instead, I checked throughout the day and it was in my account but not yet available. This branch placed a hold on my paycheck and left me with less than $15.
