I’ve been to this location in the past and the staff were very nice and professional, however the business hours are an inconvenience to your customers. Most banks open around 8 or 9am to align with most customers work schedules (hence the 9-5). Never heard of bank that opens so late in the morning and close when most people get off work. And to top it off, not open on weekends! I lived closer to the Hammond location which had an earlier open time and was open on Saturday with a drive thru atm. Wonderful staff at the Whiting, Indiana branch. Only wish our Branches here had the same hours as South Bend.
Dean and crew are wonderful. Please open the CU Bank Saturdays and more early hours. The people in the Bank are professionals and very sympathetic, and ready to service their clients. Based on the professionals at the bank, you can increase your business but yoiur service hours MUST change.
