Bad customer service
Great service if the ATM steals your card is the ATM mechanism not the bank lol
ATM machine never work a waste of time
I thought this was going to be a great bank. However you can't go to like any ATMs but the two in this whole entire Northwest indiana. They have two locations only and the one on 165th doesn't open till 11:00 a.m. for walking they keep switching the hours. I guess I'm going to have to look for another bank because if not convenient whatsoever.
I guess there must be a staff shortage because I can't get my phone calls answered.
