We recently (Saturday) had an incredibly disappointing experience at this bank while trying to open a joint account with my wife, who is a Canadian citizen. Despite bringing all necessary identification and documentation, the bank refused to open the account because my wife does not have a Social Security Number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
