Excellent experience
I use a Microsoft Surface, a wonderful 2-in-1 that is an absolute nightmare to service; it has two batteries, and the casing is glued, not screwed. Before I found TCR, I would have had to ship my unit to Pittsburg, PA, and hope to get it back, in working order, in about ninety days. TCR on 9th street in Durham agreed to undertake replacing one of the batteries, which involves prying the casing apart, keeping track of a gazillion tiny pieces, reinstalling the battery, then gluing the unit back together again. Triangle Cellular Repair is great. The people who work there are knowledgeable, professional, and personnable, and they are fairly priced. They've helped me multiple times. Most recently, I shattered my phone, and once the new screen arrived, they replaced it in just an hour while I ate lunch down the street. Great service!
