I found these guys to be pretty snobby overall. My husband got measured up for a bike that they forgot to order and he’s been basically avoided, and is out several hundred dollars, which should’ve been able to be applied to a bike. If you’re not an elite athlete, they kind of looked down on you. I wouldn’t bother.
I started going into TCR last year and they have given great service each time I go in, they have been able to repair my bike or swap parts as requested. They will also work on the bike same day with quick turnaround. Thanks to Dan and Liam!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SHOP TO WORK WITH. They had a chance to make it right and chose not to. Paid $20 shipping to Ontario, received the wrong product. Was sent a shipping label to mail back the order but I had to go out at night and find a printer to print this label. Received my corrected order 11 days after ordering. Made a very reasonable request for a refund on my shipping cost after being inconvenienced. Spoke to both Brooklyn and John who both declined the request.
