One of the best barbers in NYC. Key has a great shop
Booked online and showed up 10 mins early. But the shop was closed, and no one picked up the phone. Please don’t make slots available if you’re not going to be open or make it.

Let me start by saying Key does great work if you make it into her chair but she’s unprofessional and rude. I scheduled an appointment with her 2 days before a wedding so I could have a fresh style and cut. I live in Harlem and commuted over an hour to be on time for our 10am appointment. At 9:55am she texted me saying she was 45 minutes late.
