Staff were nice enough. I found their salon through groupon and they let me pay directly for eyelash extensions. The whole process took about 1.5 hours from start to finish and the service was pretty much what it said on the tin, she asked me what length and shape I wanted my lashes (no diagram or anything to help someone new to getting extensions). I would go back yes but if you are looking for the more fluffy style of extensions then this is not the place for you, they are more of a plastic feel.
