On October 7, 2024, I contacted TCL. I had initially contacted Best Buy because I had a question about a TCL 65 inch TV that I had just purchased. At the conclusion of my conversation with a TCL employee, I was advised that if I left a positive review of my experience either TCL or Best Buy, I would receive a $25.00 gift card.
