Working with Scale was fine in the beginning, but leaving to another company was a hellish experience. All of a sudden, everyone at Scale became the pettiest, slowest workers ever. Made it incredibly difficult for the other factoring company to get what they needed. There were even some points in their own contract that Scale wasn't following and to this day (month later) they are still being difficult and not forwarding payments to our new factoring company.
I’ve been with scale funding for several years. I am a trucking company that services the oil filled and anybody that understands this industry knows that it’s not your typical over the road type invoices so if you have customers in the oil and gas industry, they are not likely to pay until around 90 days and most over the road factoring companies do not tolerate this kind of timeline.
