I call and get a person who cannot understand what I am saying. They say they are not in the U.S. But they take calls for TCF Bank.
If I could give this bank ZERO I would! This bank is a scam and they try and charge alot of overdraft fees even if your payroll or other cash payments are pending. They say "Oh the money wasn't available when you did the transaction" - YES IT WAS! It is CASH - so is Cash Not Available right away?! I told the CSR I want my account refunded. Then they say "Oh sorry, we can only offer a partial refund OR your account is not eligible for a refund".... What?!! You are taking people money because of how you process CASH which cash... read more
