JOIN A CREDIT UNION, NOT THIS BANK!!! About 10 months ago, TCF started charging a monthly service fee to a supposedly free checking account (which I'd had for over 10 yrs), with no notification. This resulted in an automatic monthly bill payment incurring an overdraft fee (since the monthly fee had drawn down the balance below the most recent auto-pay amount), without my knowledge. Some of the staff here is rude and not helpful. Usually can get through the drive-thru fairly easily and quick.
Customer service can be a bit rude, but this location is easy to get in and out of and is pretty fast.
