I went there to use to use the coin machine the other day and was told they they had shut it off for the day and I'd have to come back a different day. It was during lobby hours they just didn't want to mess with it near the end of the day.
I love the ladys who work at the branch. However after making a few online purchases Ive been locked out of my account. When I call for help there is no option to get through to a human representative. Have been without money all weekend. Now monday still frozen.
