TCF Robbinsdale lost a check from my deposit. Went to mgr Jay Calhoun who blew me off, even tho' it was the teller/bank's fault, didn't bother to get my name, look at the documentation that I spent 20 days gathering to prove it was their fault, didn't bother to get the teller # responsible. He was rude & didn't even make eye contact. Didn't care. Told me that I should just go back to the company that issued the check that TCF lost.
